Managing Expectations Vs Reality. The Process

Updated: Feb 26

Tattoo removal is a process that requires patience and commitment, as it usually takes multiple sessions to achieve the desired results. At BETR, we understand that each client’s tattoo removal journey is unique, and we work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that suits your specific needs.

When it comes to estimating the number of sessions required to remove a tattoo, several factors come into play, including the size of the tattoo, the ink colour, the location of the tattoo, and the age of the tattoo. Generally speaking, smaller and less intricate tattoos can be removed more quickly than larger, more complex ones. Additionally, tattoos with darker ink colours tend to respond better to treatment than those with lighter colours, as the laser can target the pigment more effectively.

It’s important to have realistic expectations when it comes to tattoo removal. While some tattoos may require less sessions to achieve significant fading, others may take several months or even a year or more to fully remove. This is because the body needs time to eliminate the broken-down ink particles from the treated area. Additionally, the depth of the tattoo ink and the type of ink used can affect the number of sessions required.

At Byron Electric, we pride ourselves on our commitment to transparency and honesty when it comes to tattoo removal. We work with you to develop a realistic treatment plan that takes into account your individual tattoo and skin type, as well as your desired outcome. We understand that tattoo removal can be a significant investment, both financially and in terms of time, and we strive to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible for our clients.

At Byron Electric, we understand that every tattoo removal journey is as unique as the individual. With over 15 years of collective tattoo and removal industry experience, we blend artistry, technology and skill, to safely guide you on your own removal path.
